Experienced Clinical Research Associate FSP Romania

Location: Home-based anywhere in Romania; flexibility to travel is required.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Support the development of subject recruitment plans.
• Evaluate site practices for quality and integrity according to Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• At least two years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry.
• Very good computer skills, including MS Office.
• Excellent Romanian and English; candidates must be based in Romania.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to travel and a Class B driver's license.
