Pharmacovigilance Specialist with Italian (Pharmacovigilance)

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina; 100% remote role

What you will do

• Review, assess, and process safety data received from multiple sources across pharmacovigilance service lines.
• Collect and track incoming Adverse Events and endpoint information.
• Determine initial or update event status and enter relevant data into databases.
• Code Adverse Events and medicinal products, write case narratives, and perform literature-related activities.
• Distribute reports and data to internal and external stakeholders in line with applicable regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and healthcare professionals to resolve project-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field is mandatory.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is required.
• Ability to follow applicable regulations, guidelines, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Up to 3 years of previous clinical experience is desirable.
• One year of pharmacovigilance experience is highly valued.
