Manager, Clinical Site and Participant Experience (Clinical Research)

Location: Fully remote; can be performed from anywhere. Occasional domestic and international travel of approximately 10–15% is expected.

What you will do

• Build, evaluate, and develop a network of high-performing clinical trial sites through coordinated communication.
• Act as the central point of contact for site issues and provide high-touch support.
• Provide site feedback for the selection and qualification of new clinical trial sites.
• Support site coordinator advisory boards, including discussion guides and outcome summaries.
• Partner with Compliance and clinical trial sites to develop compliant, participant-centric engagement solutions.
• Help clinical study teams reduce participant burden and improve engagement and satisfaction using objective measures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of progressive experience in Clinical Operations or Development Operations at a sponsor or CRO company.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Site Engagement Lead.
• Understanding of end-to-end clinical trial processes and applicable regulations and guidelines, including GCP, FDA, and EMA.
• Experience building clinical trial site relationships, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating solutions.
• Strong execution, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural, multifunctional matrix environment.
