Production Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Mikulov, Czechia; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Plan daily production lines and prepare work orders.
• Work with sales and operations colleagues to prepare forecast reports.
• Monitor and resolve production-blocking issues caused by missing materials.
• Communicate daily with Customer Care to keep orders updated and customers informed.
• Collaborate with Material, Production, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Sales teams across Europe and the Middle East.
• Support annual warehouse inventory activities and analyze the results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma in economics or technology, or related experience.
• Proven understanding of Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Czech is required.
• Basic English knowledge is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in purchasing or production planning.
• Proficiency in English.
