Finance Manager (iGaming)

An affiliate program focused on betting and casino offers, with partner earnings and mutual growth at the center of its operations.

What you will do

• Manage and control financial operations within the affiliate business.
• Prepare, verify, and process partner payments.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Maintain and verify financial operations in 1C.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve issues, and improve or automate financial processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Practical experience with 1C and financial reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and reporting.
• Experience working with large volumes of financial data and independently investigating discrepancies.
• English sufficient for day-to-day communication with partners and internal teams.
