Officer - Virtual Business Support (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers using the virtual branch.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Protect the virtual bank from financial and non-financial loss by following policies and control procedures.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports under service-level agreements and escalate inconsistencies for timely resolution.
• Manage and motivate the team to participate in change initiatives, programs, and projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• High school degree in a related subject.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• English and Arabic bilingual proficiency required.
• Strong communication, customer service, multitasking, and self-motivation skills.
