Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer (TypeScript)

Location: Full remote from Poland

What you will do

• Audit the existing manufacturing system and assess its technical state.
• Design the application architecture and define its development direction.
• Refactor, rebuild, and industrialise the solution through hands-on coding.
• Make decisions about what to keep, refactor, or rebuild while identifying production risks.
• Build an engineering process around AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Very strong TypeScript skills with full-stack development experience.
• Strong Node.js and backend development skills.
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontend development.
• Strong SQL, PostgreSQL, and database design skills.
• Experience taking over and refactoring existing codebases, designing application architecture, and implementing automated testing.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitHub, cloud deployment, infrastructure, application security, authentication and authorisation, external API integrations, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery; very good English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe.
• Experience with AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
