What you will do

• Develop regulatory outreach strategies in partnership with Global Markets, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
• Analyze new regulations and explain their impact on clients and the financial services industry.
• Engage senior internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute outreach initiatives.
• Use data analytics to understand clients and optimize engagement strategies.
• Partner with Technology to build infrastructure for future regulatory engagements.
• Apply risk management principles to maintain robust client engagement and data collection processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2.5 years of relevant experience.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project ownership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across divisions.
• Ability to work from the London office in the United Kingdom.

• Financial services experience involving regulatory change or client engagement.
• Experience or coursework in data-driven analysis and strategic thinking.
