Internship (d/f/m) within ZEROe Fuel Cell Systems Team (Fuel Cell Systems)

Location: Hamburg, Germany; onsite at hirify.global offices and labs in the ZAL near the Finkenwerder plant

Salary: EUR 750 gross per month

Company

hirify.global Defence and Space supports the development of hydrogen fuel cell aircraft through the ZEROe project, working on fuel cell systems and technology demonstrators.

What you will do

• Work on ZEROe fuel cell system prototypes and laboratory demonstrators.
• Identify system components, support procurement, and assemble prototype systems with the hirify.global team.
• Assist with system commissioning and defined test campaigns.
• Plan and prepare tests, process measurement data, and analyze results.
• Document completed work and maintain project documents, reports, and presentations.

Requirements

• Study Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related program.
• Knowledge of mechanics, thermodynamics, computer science, systems engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Required IT knowledge; experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, Simscape, and MATLAB Simulink is welcome.
• Master's students or Bachelor's students from the third semester onward.
• Practical laboratory or systems-project experience is preferred.
• Very good English skills required; German is an advantage.
