What you will do

• Support the rollout, application, and adoption of digitalization initiatives and tools across the Asia Pacific and China region.
• Gather user feedback and help test and validate digital platforms and feature updates.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, meeting agendas, decisions, and follow-up actions with regional and headquarters teams.
• Create user guides, training materials, and quick-reference resources for digital solutions.
• Consolidate regional data and metrics to track adoption progress and initiative KPIs.
• Build basic dashboards and visual reports for regional management updates.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical skills in data analysis and visualization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong communication skills and an interest in technology and digital transformation.
• Prior experience with digital tools, data visualization, or project coordination is advantageous.
