TL;DR
Lead Tech EHS (Environmental Health and Safety): Ensuring regulatory and corporate EHS compliance across offices and warehouses with an accent on training, inspections, technical support, and CAPA management. Focus on implementing EHS programs, investigating incidents, managing corrective actions, and driving risk assessments, audits, and emergency planning.
Location: Amersfoort and Breda, Netherlands; part-time, Monday–Thursday, for a six-month contract.
Base pay: €44,700–€70,840 annually.

What you will do
- Develop and implement local EHS strategies and the annual tactical plan in alignment with global and EMEA objectives.
- Monitor EHS KPIs, identify risks, and manage corrective and preventive actions through closure.
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and internal EHS assessments across offices and warehouses.
- Deliver EHS training for employees, visitors, and contractors while fostering an EHS culture.
- Provide technical consultation on fire prevention, contractor management, emergency management, and other key risk areas.
- Coordinate with local management, facility teams, authorities, and stakeholders on compliance, business continuity, and Safe Fleet programs.
Requirements
- EHS training experience.
- Experience with Environmental Health and Safety management.
- Ability to manage EHS compliance, inspections, audits, risk assessments, and CAPA processes.
- Ability to communicate EHS requirements and provide technical support to related functions.
- Availability for part-time work from Monday through Thursday in Amersfoort and Breda.
Nice to have
- Analytical reasoning, data reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with emergency planning, facility management, process hazard analysis, and safety audits.
- Experience managing contractors or onsite service providers.
