Dutch Market Regulatory Officer (Liege-Belgium) (iGaming)

Location: Liege, Belgium; hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Act as a legal point of contact for the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA) and coordinate regulatory and compliance matters.
• Coordinate the maintenance and renewal of Dutch gaming licenses and manage statutory notifications through the KSA portal.
• Monitor Dutch regulatory developments and advise on promotions, campaigns, partnerships, projects, and product features.
• Coordinate regulatory litigations and provide legal governance for Dutch customer support and compliance operations.
• Support escalated player complaints and ensure KYC, responsible gaming, complaints handling, withdrawals, and player communications comply with regulations.
• Create and maintain internal guidelines for Dutch-market customer support teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Dutch law.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Solution- and result-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining autonomy.
• Good command of Word, Excel, Outlook, and online communication tools.
