Manager, Investor Delivery (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Oversee investor onboarding, AML/KYC, investor servicing, dealing, reporting, and cash management.
• Resolve complex operational, investor, and client escalations across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with key clients, fund managers, and service providers.
• Monitor service levels, operational performance, risks, and control effectiveness.
• Lead regulatory change projects, fund launches, client transitions, and process improvements.
• Develop supervisors and team leads while promoting consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in investor operations, transfer agency, fund administration, investor services, or a similar financial services environment.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in a client-focused operational environment.
• Experience with transaction processing, cash management, reporting, and client servicing.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of investor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, is advantageous.
