Quality Control Associate I (Biopharmaceutical Quality Control)

Location: US - Vacaville, California. Shift: Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM–4:30 AM.

Annual base salary: $63,750–$106,250, plus a performance-related bonus.

What you will do

• Perform basic to moderately complex analytical tests on in-process materials, drug substances, drug products, raw materials, and stability lots.
• Support cGMP laboratory operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and support method transfer activities within operational areas.
• Identify and document deviations and participate in change record evaluations.
• Prepare quality reagents and manage inventory to support accurate, timely testing.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives for Quality Control operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field.
• Ability to maintain strict data integrity standards while using laboratory computer systems and Microsoft Suite.
• Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot semi-routine problems of moderate scope.
• Ability to identify deviations from accepted practices and support cross-functional QC projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is desirable.
