Location: Irving, Texas, United States; Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; onsite
Salary: $42,700–$89,000 annualized base pay

What you will do
- Label, receive, process, log, ship, and store blood, urine, tissue, stool, and other clinical-trial samples according to study protocols.
- Request tissue samples from external pathology facilities and coordinate tissue block and slide shipments with vendors and study laboratories.
- Record sample and study data accurately in paper forms, electronic systems, and departmental databases.
- Identify sample data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with clinical staff.
- Maintain reagents, equipment, consumables, inventory, and a clean, orderly laboratory environment.
- Prepare collection tubes and aliquots for the following day's clinic and complete related administrative documentation.
Requirements
- Lab Assistant training, an associate degree in science, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Prior laboratory experience with sample processing and shipping.
- Comfort using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and databases.
- Ability to work onsite in Irving, Texas, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Certification is not required.
Nice to have
- IATA Dangerous Goods handling certification or willingness to complete training after hire.
