Associate, Insurance Operations (Fintech)

What you will do

• Process and follow up on insurance leads, with a primary focus on car insurance renewals.
• Manage renewal retrieval and follow-ups to meet service level agreements and secure renewals before expiry.
• Contact customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other instant messaging platforms to drive conversion and retention.
• Respond to customer enquiries, escalate issues when needed, and maintain accurate interaction records.
• Conduct daily compliance screenings and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly telesales performance reports.
• Provide administrative, reporting, coordination, and process support to the Singapore Insurance Operations team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organization, time management, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high volumes of data and calls while staying composed under pressure.
• Comfort working across markets and coordinating with Singapore-based stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style.

Nice to have

• Insurance industry or insurance operations experience.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management systems.
• Exposure to insurance products or regulatory compliance requirements.
