2026 Intern Conversion: 2027 FT Senior Analyst, Audit

Location: In-person at the Bentonville Home Office, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $70,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Support the Audit Team on multiple audits throughout the year.
• Execute audits and support new departmental initiatives.
• Use data analytics to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop relationships with business teams and act as a trusted advisor and go-to resource.
• Identify, assess, and help mitigate business risks.
• Create process efficiencies through automation and integration opportunities.

Requirements

• Must have completed a Summer 2026 Walmart or Sam’s Club internship to be eligible.
• Must be able to work in person at the Bentonville Home Office.
• Must not require immigration or work authorization sponsorship from Walmart now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and one year of internal or external audit, management information systems, or related experience, or three years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, organization, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program is listed among the minimum qualifications.

Nice to have

• Financial modeling and analysis experience.
• Information technology knowledge.
• Experience supervising associates.
