Recruitment Specialist (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid working

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job advertisement through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on selection, interviews, candidate evaluation, and employment offers.
• Handle job advertisements, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, correspondence, contracts, and onboarding administration.
• Conduct interviews across all levels and build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Contribute to employer branding and employment marketing initiatives.
• Provide ad hoc support to the People team and participate in local or global projects.

Requirements

• Experience with recruitment methods, tools, and processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of GDPR as it applies to recruitment and an ethical mindset.
• Educational background in HR, business administration, or an equivalent field.
• Comfortable communicating in English is required.
• Danish proficiency is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an international environment.
• Certification in The Predictive Index.
