QA Lead (SaaS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade E2E test frameworks, CI integration pipelines, and test-data management systems.
• Lead continuous automated regression testing alongside structured pre-release and exploratory testing.
• Define release quality policies, risk-based deployment gates, and automated test suite criteria.
• Establish testing guidelines and platform standards that help application engineers create robust feature tests.
• Coordinate cross-functional bug triage, defect lifecycle management, and post-release quality reviews.
• Translate software quality metrics into actionable business health signals and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software quality engineering and test automation.
• Experience in team leadership or strategic management within quality engineering.
• Experience scaling test automation platforms, CI/CD integrations, and flaky-test management across multi-service SaaS products.
• Experience designing tiered regression strategies that support fast deployment while maintaining quality coverage.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical software issues through business impact and user experience.
• Experience in agile, fast-paced environments with rapid feature releases and evolving specifications.
