Senior IT Project Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, or Šiauliai, Lithuania. Unlimited work-from-home is available, with work-from-anywhere options limited to approved countries.

Salary: €4,400–€6,600 gross per month.

What you will do

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure while managing scope, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Define objectives, create project plans, track progress, and report performance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, resources, and project meetings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
• Document project activities, decisions, outcomes, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Extensive experience successfully leading complex IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce and retail industries, business processes, trends, and industry standards.
• Extensive knowledge of web development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven stakeholder management, prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English is required. Experience with project management tools, budget tracking, and resource utilization is also required.
