What you will do
- Administer the learning management ecosystem, including user access, compliance reporting, and digital learning initiatives.
- Manage and optimize Cornerstone and Skilljar configurations, integrations, custom events, and curricula.
- Oversee the health, security, and configuration of internal servers and technical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the customer support queue, escalating complex tickets when needed.
- Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to clarify and deliver project requirements.
- Evaluate, document, and improve operational workflows for scalable learning operations.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience as an LMS Administrator, with substantial and verified Cornerstone experience.
- 5–6 years of Cornerstone implementation experience, including building custom events and curricula from the ground up.
- Experience configuring multiple LMS platforms, including Skilljar.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions within a functional domain.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, multitasking, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented working style with the ability to deliver both tactical fixes and strategic solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-powered analytics or automated LMS workflows.
- Cornerstone Administration certification or advanced implementation expertise.
- LMS coding experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or API integrations.
