What you will do
- Design and deliver targeted interview preparation programs for associates.
- Conduct technology training sessions covering Java, Python, .NET, SQL, Angular, React, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Perform technical screenings for HTD and experienced hires.
- Support EIB technology cases focused on skill and performance improvement.
- Plan and execute skill improvement programs under the guidance of the Director of Technology.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, Angular, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and SQL, including complex queries.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices, cloud technologies, APIs, and version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, learning management systems, and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of adult learning principles, mentoring, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications in Java, Python, .NET, cloud technologies, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or related areas.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
