What you will do

• Prepare complex federal tax returns.
• Prepare calculations of ASC740 tax provisions.
• Interact with clients and communicate tax-related findings.
• Research specific tax issues and document and summarize conclusions.
• Monitor current tax practices and changes in tax law.
• Travel as required and manage additional assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Accounting major.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively on a team and multitask.
• Entry-level candidates requiring employment sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Progress toward successful completion of the CPA exam.
• Ability to obtain audit hours required for full CPA certification.
