What you will do

• Provide tax compliance and consulting services to private clients and closely held businesses.
• Deliver tax compliance and advisory services for S-corporations, partnerships, individuals, and corporations.
• Conduct tax research, draft IRS responses, and address tax authority inquiries.
• Support special projects involving corporate and flow-through taxation, accounting methods, and ASC 740.
• Develop client recommendations and collaborate with leadership and specialty tax practices on complex matters.
• Build client relationships while participating in coaching, mentoring, and professional development programs.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and eligibility for licensure.
• At least one year of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership, project management, organizational, analytical, initiative, and adaptability skills.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• CPA, law license, or Enrolled Agent credential.
