Integrity & Complaints Officer

Location: Brisbane South (Nathan), Australia; primarily campus-based with work-from-home options available and possible work across other hirify.global locations.

Salary: AUD 94,966.18–101,295.51 base range plus 17% superannuation; full package range AUD 111,110.42–118,515.72.

What you will do

• Provide frontline advice, intake, assessment, triage, and referrals for complaints and integrity matters.
• Conduct initial risk assessments for complaints, academic integrity matters, reviews, and appeals in line with university policies and legislation.
• Manage low-risk student matters and support early resolution where appropriate.
• Coordinate confidential case administration, records, governance support, and secretariat activities for the University Appeals Committee.
• Administer and report on the annual Declaration of Interests process.
• Improve complaints and integrity frameworks, systems, guidance, training resources, and business processes while monitoring trends and systemic risks.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.
• Ability to work primarily at the Brisbane South (Nathan) campus and across other university locations when required.
• Experience or capability in complaints management, integrity processes, case administration, risk assessment, and compliance.
