Data Governance Officer (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Collaborate with transnational Value Stream Management teams to deliver end-to-end solutions for procurement quality processes.
• Consult customers on digital development and improvement projects, translating business needs into clear user stories and tasks.
• Consolidate, analyze, visualize, and interpret data from Skywise to create KPIs, dashboards, performance analyses, recommendations, and reports.
• Create and maintain datasets and data-analytic tools across Quality and Procurement environments.
• Prepare performance reviews, facilitate stakeholder discussions, perform root-cause analyses, and support decision-making for key procurement quality processes.
• Identify improvement projects, connect data analytics with performance management, and support project leaders in achieving time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's and master's degree in a relevant field.
• Negotiation-level English.
• Proficiency with hirify.global Analytics Platforms, including Skywise, Contour, Slate, and Code Repository.
• Programming skills in Python/PySpark, R, Java, or equivalent.
• Experience with data management, stakeholder management, and a customer-oriented approach.
• Understanding of performance management and project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
