What you will do

• Develop system-level automation software products for test and verification activities.
• Support automation requirements and verification tasks for mission-defense efforts.
• Perform Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) assessments.
• Develop and verify Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) requirements.
• Apply software architecture, design, systems engineering, and risk management practices.
• Work independently and collaboratively with government and industry partners, with up to 10% travel.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• A current, in-scope Secret or higher security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, Master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or PhD and 1+ year of related experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Reliability and Maintainability.
• Experience with FMECA, software architecture and design, RAM requirements, and systems engineering tools such as DOORS.
• Good communication, critical thinking, documentation, presentation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk analysis and risk management.
• Experience within a missile-defense or missile-systems program.
