What you will do

• Review, verify, edit, score, translate, and report on copy across diverse media and content types.
• Perform quality assurance across platforms and testing environments, including production when required.
• Report and file bugs, investigate problems, and provide clear suggestions and feedback.
• Communicate critical information and describe issues accurately to project stakeholders.
• Support ad hoc projects and contribute ideas for process, workflow, and automation improvements.

Requirements

• Native Vietnamese proficiency required.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• At least 2 years of experience in QA or linguistic testing.
• Strong experience using Mac OS and iOS.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to work with multiple platforms and testing environments.
