Sr Mission Systems Operator (Deployable) (Aerospace)

Location: Shalimar, Florida, United States. The role requires international deployment on an approximate 60/30 rotation and a current valid passport with the ability to obtain an international travel visa.

What you will do

• Operate airborne sensor equipment, primarily RADAR and MX-15 technologies.
• Acquire, track, and monitor airborne, ground, and maritime objects of interest during routine and dynamic target-area searches.
• Apply Operational Risk Management and Crew Resource Management principles during overseas operational missions.
• Perform pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight duties.
• Support airborne mission command and coordinate mission activities in operational environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience; a higher-level degree or relevant military training may substitute.
• Advanced experience with Crew Resource Management and airmanship, plus 1,000 hours of fixed-wing aircraft flight time.
• Knowledge of ARC-231, PRC-167, and Small Secure Datalink radio functionality.
• Practical experience with RADAR theory and MX15HDi camera technology.
• Current FAA Class II physical and successful completion of a pre-deployment medical assessment.
• Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance and U.S. citizenship are required for employment.

• Maritime experience.
• Aerospace and defense, U.S. Department of Defense, or U.S. military background.
• Windows 10 Falcon View or Force Map experience.
• Previous CRM/ORM instructor experience.
