Director, Global Master Data Governance

Salary: USD 173,000–222,495 per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the product strategy, vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise master data initiatives.
• Establish a unified approach to product, customer, vendor, and financial data.
• Design data governance processes, data stewardship workflows, and master data lifecycle experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, Operations, and other business teams to launch master data capabilities.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to reduce data quality issues, manual handling, costs, and decision-making delays.
• Align existing systems and develop best practices for managing systems across the master data lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in data, platform, or enterprise products.
• 8+ years of experience building products or platforms, ideally involving data management, PLM, assortment planning tools, ERP systems, or enterprise data platforms.
• Experience driving adoption of internal data products across business units and collaborating with go-to-market and operations teams.
• Familiarity with master data management concepts, data governance frameworks, and data quality principles.
• Knowledge of analytics tools, data pipelines, or integration concepts, along with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority across technical and business stakeholders.
