What you will do

• Track, reconcile, and report global marketing and media budgets across enterprise priorities, seasonal initiatives, and core business drivers.
• Operate the global investment governance model and maintain standards for transparent performance tracking.
• Monitor performance signals and recommend in-flight budget reallocations to media leadership.
• Manage enterprise media partnerships, strategic platform agreements, and global agency relationships.
• Improve investment tools, processes, and reporting frameworks to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Run pilots involving emerging platforms and ad tech, codifying learnings into standard practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in media investment, media planning or buying, financial planning, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing sizable media budgets and investment reporting for a large or high-growth brand or enterprise media agency.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget tracking, ROI analysis, and performance measurement.
• Working knowledge of agency operations, digital and traditional media buying, and platform partnerships.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority in a global, matrixed organization.
