Professional Relations Director (Cardiac Medical Devices)

Location: Remote, based in Phoenix, Arizona, serving the West Coast

Annual salary: $160,000–$175,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

hirify.global Cardiac Management Solutions develops medical devices, software, and related services for diagnosing and treating serious cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions, including wearable defibrillation, heart failure monitoring, and oxygen therapy.

What you will do

• Develop and execute professional relations strategies for cardiologists, clinicians, hospitals, cardiac centers, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and cardiac care organizations.
• Establish speaker programs, webinars, symposia, workshops, and other professional education initiatives.
• Translate healthcare provider feedback, clinical trends, and treatment gaps into actionable marketing and business strategies.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, marketing, product development, sales, and external partners on clinical and digital content.
• Represent hirify.global at cardiology conferences and lead compliant KOL sessions, panels, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related healthcare or medical device/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience building relationships with KOLs, cardiologists, academic institutions, and cardiac care stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of the cardiovascular market, clinical guidelines, treatment protocols, and cardiac technologies.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally while maintaining compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as an MBA, MD, PhD, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or healthcare marketing focused on cardiovascular or cardiac solutions.
• Experience organizing educational programs, speaker engagements, and professional relations initiatives.
