Digital Performance Analytics Senior Associate

What you will do

• Collect, track, and analyze paid media performance metrics across display, social, search, and video channels.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and presentations using Tableau, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Support brand reporting, strategic readouts, campaign reviews, and recurring media reporting cycles.
• Coordinate with external media agencies to validate and deliver data inputs on time.
• Identify data discrepancies, perform quality assurance, and reconcile reporting data.
• Document business rules and measurement frameworks while integrating media insights into broader commercial performance narratives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in digital media, performance reporting, or commercial data analysis.
• Master’s degree with 3 years of experience, or bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English in written and oral communication is required.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Ads, DV360, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms.
• Medium knowledge of SQL or data-wrangling tools.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience working with external agencies or media partners.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, or another regulated industry.
