Clin Ops Manager

What you will do

• Manage clinical staff supporting clinical studies, including work planning, assignment, performance assessment, professional development, and employee relations.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees.
• Allocate staff to clinical research projects based on experience and training.
• Oversee training plans, SOP reviews, systems access, materials, and readiness to perform assigned responsibilities.
• Review clinical work products, workload, and quality metrics; identify risks and implement corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with clinical and functional leadership on project challenges, customer service, and quality or process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline preferred.
• Prior clinical trial experience, including management or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical research regulations, including Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines.
• Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
