Focus on tracking approvals and execution of site documents, maintaining project systems and timelines, and supporting site readiness across Belgium.
Location: Homebased in Belgium with occasional travel to the Zaventem office

What you will do
- Perform feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Prepare and review site documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management team, sites, and internal departments.
- Inform stakeholders about the completion of regulatory, contractual, and other site documentation.
- Distribute completed documents and maintain accurate study information in internal systems, databases, trackers, timelines, and project plans.
- Track and follow up on questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, informed consent forms, and Investigator Pack release documents.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment supporting clinical trials.
- Experience or exposure to site activation activities, including regulatory submissions, site feasibility, site documentation, budgets, and contracts.
- Strong English, Dutch, and French are required.
- Must be based in Belgium and able to travel occasionally to the Zaventem office.
