TL;DR
Junior Clinical Research Associate (Clinical Trials): Conducting site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical studies with an accent on Good Clinical Practice, regulatory compliance, and study progress tracking. Focus on evaluating site quality, resolving data queries, coordinating regulatory submissions and recruitment, and collaborating with study sites and client representatives.

Location: Zaventem, Belgium; Belgium-based with flexibility to travel.

What you will do

  • Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Evaluate site quality and data integrity against regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practice, and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
  • Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
  • Collaborate with study-site experts and client representatives.

Requirements

  • University degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical trials.
  • Very good computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Required language skills: Dutch, English, and French; Belgium-based.
  • Organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and a class B driver's license.
