Location: Remote with hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade
What you will do
- Provide customer support via written communication channels (chat, email).
- Analyze and resolve customer problems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve issues.
- Work with internal documentation and prepare reports.
- Develop the knowledge base including instructions and regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer support experience focused on written communication.
- Fluent English (at least upper-intermediate) and Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask.
- Experience in the crypto sphere.
