What you will do

• Support month-end close processes for multiple European legal entities.
• Prepare and post Opex and Capex journal entries with supporting documentation.
• Maintain P&L and balance sheet general ledger accounts.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in BlackLine, investigate reconciling items, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support monthly reporting, internal and external audits, and related documentation.
• Improve and standardize accounting processes, controls, and documentation while collaborating with international finance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of double-entry accounting and general ledger principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, diverse international environment.
• Commitment to accurate, high-quality outputs, ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Part-qualified accountant status, such as ACCA, CIMA, or AAT finalist level.
• Experience in a large, complex, or multinational organization.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, or BlackLine.
