Location: In-office role based in the Edmonton Office, Canada; availability required Monday to Friday between 12PM–5PM MST.

What you will do

• Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates.
• Prepare lender packages and supporting documentation for financing requests.
• Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms.
• Coordinate information requests with lenders and clients.
• Support internal reporting and deal tracking.

Requirements

• Current student at a Canadian university majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate through campus clubs, case competitions, or relevant courses.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Expected graduation in 2027.
