Business Tax Intern - Winter 2027

Location: Toronto, Canada; travel to assigned client locations is required

Compensation: CAD 50,160–59,850 per year

What you will do

• Support tax engagements across corporate, individual, pass-through entity, private client, nonprofit, and mergers and acquisitions taxation.
• Complete tax planning and research.
• Prepare federal and state and local tax returns.
• Interpret tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
• Work across multiple client engagements as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Complete at least 90 credit hours.
• Work toward a B.A., B.S., or equivalent degree at an accredited university.
• Major in accounting.
• Be able to travel to assigned client locations and arrange reliable transportation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
