CCTV Project Manager

Location: Dallas, Texas, hybrid; willingness to travel to North American sites required

What you will do

• Estimate, design, and manage large-scale CCTV and access control installations connected to live monitoring operators.
• Create quotations, installation drawings, and work orders.
• Design systems, improve processes, and develop effective execution resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance, and audit completed installations.
• Manage staff, subcontractors, resources, workflow, and project delivery.
• Coordinate commissioning with staff, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the agreed scope is completed.

Requirements

• Proven experience analyzing, prioritizing, delegating, controlling workflow, and managing projects.
• Experience negotiating quoted and required scopes of work with subcontractors.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, mentor, and build effective teams.
• Based in Texas and willing to travel to North American sites.
• Successful completion of required background checks, which may include reference, education, criminal, and applicable credit checks.
