DevOps Engineer (CI/CD Deployment)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for teams needing support with CI/CD workflows and unblock pipeline issues.
• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot GitHub Actions runners and workflows.
• Maintain Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure supporting serverless applications.
• Write and maintain Python scripts and small tools for operational automation and CI/CD tooling.
• Coordinate CI/CD integrations between EDSO services and other systems while supporting the product backlog in JIRA.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve DevSecOps reliability, security, and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure engineering.
• Experience building and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Terraform, AWS serverless architectures, Docker, and independently writing Python scripts.
• Experience using LLMs and automation tools to optimize workflows.
• Ability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.
• Must be a US citizen or able to obtain and maintain a US Government Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination. Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure environments and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, alerting, security, identity, and access management.
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents in distributed systems.
