What you will do

• Develop aircraft cabin and cargo systems through a two-year global graduate programme.
• Define, design, evaluate, validate, develop, and implement aircraft systems and functions following the V-model.
• Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering and requirements-based engineering processes and methods.
• Create functional and system specifications using model-based and requirements-based approaches.
• Coordinate and monitor supplier activities during system development.
• Collaborate with system specialists, internal departments, subcontractors, and external suppliers while managing delivery against time, cost, and quality objectives.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Maximum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Interest in or initial experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering and Agile ways of working.
• Collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for innovation, self-awareness, and motivation to drive personal development.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.
