What you will do

• Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day coordination of IT projects.
• Organize team meetings by setting agendas, documenting notes, and tracking follow-ups.
• Monitor tasks to ensure alignment with project timelines and key milestones.
• Facilitate communication between development, QA, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations.
• Identify and track project risks and task dependencies.

Requirements

• Completion of IT Project Management courses and relevant administrative experience or background in QA/BA roles.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
• English proficiency: B2+ level required for professional communication.
• Language: Native Russian speaker required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
