Data Entry / Healthcare Enrollment Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid near Canton, Maryland; primarily remote with occasional onsite meetings and training

hirify.global provides staffing support for a major healthcare insurance organization in Maryland.

What you will do

• Enter and process member enrollment data in healthcare enrollment systems.
• Ensure members are accurately enrolled in client systems.
• Process a high volume of case files while meeting a target of 90 files per day.
• Adapt quickly to multiple and rapidly changing priorities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience with healthcare payor open-enrollment data entry.
• Outstanding data entry and data processing skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment with hourly productivity measurement.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Residence near Canton, Maryland and availability for occasional onsite meetings and training.

Nice to have

• Medicare or Medicaid experience.
• Experience with FACETS, HealthEdge, or SIR systems.
