TL;DR
Service Delivery Specialist (ITSM): Managing and coordinating service delivery, vendor collaboration, and cross-functional support processes for stable daily operations across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary with an accent on IT service management, supplier deliverables, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on improving support processes, coordinating incident, problem, and change management, and translating business needs into actions for product teams and external partners.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; 4 days from the office and 1 flexible day. The role supports the sales market covering the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, and Hungary.

What you will do
- Coordinate service delivery between business teams, technology teams, product teams, and external vendors.
- Follow up on vendor and service-provider deliveries, quality, and agreed service levels.
- Communicate with vendors and global teams to support system stability and daily operations.
- Develop support processes, operational procedures, and ways of working between internal product teams and external partners.
- Support operational onboarding when new products go live and participate in cross-functional forums.
- Translate business needs into concrete actions for support teams and partners.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Background in IT or business service delivery, service operations, or support environments.
- Knowledge of IT service management concepts and ITSM tools.
- Experience collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders in an international environment.
- Exposure to incident, problem, and change management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.

- ITIL Foundation certification.
