What you will do

• Support planning and execution of sea and air test events, including vehicle, infrastructure, and instrumentation preparation.
• Help develop test plans, procedures, test cards, objectives, success criteria, and data requirements.
• Coordinate test readiness activities, vehicle configuration checks, instrumentation setup, and field logistics.
• Participate in real-time test operations by monitoring telemetry, recording observations, and troubleshooting anomalies.
• Collect, organize, and analyze test data and support post-test reporting.
• Contribute to hazard identification, operational risk assessments, and adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience supporting vehicle testing, prototyping, or hardware development in UAV, aerospace, maritime, automotive, robotics, or related fields.
• Hands-on engineering experience with hardware, vehicles, instrumentation, or prototype systems.
• Experience with hazard analysis and risk management, such as hazard logs, operational risk assessments, TRRs, or safety and airworthiness reviews.
• Experience supporting flight tests, marine tests, robotics testing, or other vehicle development programs.
• Familiarity with data acquisition, telemetry, or sensor instrumentation systems.
• Experience scripting or analyzing data with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools, plus the ability to troubleshoot hardware in field environments.
