Process Expert – Cleaning 80-100%

Location: Fully site-based in Stein, AG, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

What you will do

• Lead and continuously improve site-wide gowning, cleaning, disinfection, labeling, and identification programs.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for cleaning and gowning processes across the GMP facility.
• Support audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate external cleaning service providers, including training compliance and performance management.
• Drive cleanliness zoning, contamination control, and coordination during maintenance and shutdown activities.
• Partner with MSAT, QA, Operations, Engineering, and external partners on site-wide improvement projects.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on experience in aseptic GMP manufacturing, ideally in Production, MSAT, or QC.
• Expertise in gowning, cleaning, contamination control, and cleanroom compliance programs.
• Experience driving investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting and representing operations during customer and regulatory audits.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating external service providers and contingent workforce teams.
• Fluent German and fluent English are essential.

Nice to have

• Experience in aseptic fill and finish, compounding, equipment maintenance planning, or autoclave operations.
