Senior Viral Marketing Manager (Music)

Location: London, United Kingdom; minimum 4 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead viral strategy and execution for priority artists to expand audience reach.
• Oversee creator- and fan-first tactics, including burner and fan accounts.
• Build relationships with artists, managers, creators, and platform partners.
• Track early platform traction and use data-led insights to optimize campaigns.
• Drive innovation across platforms, formats, and creative tactics.
• Report campaign performance, refine viral strategies, and mentor the Viral Marketing team.

Requirements

• Proven success driving breakthrough social and creator campaigns that generate organic audience growth.
• Expert knowledge of short-form platforms, audience behavior, internet culture, and the creator economy.
• Strong analytical skills, including interpreting data, converting insights into action, and forecasting impact.
• Leadership and relationship-building skills across artists, creators, and internal teams.
• Creative, strategic, collaborative, and experimentation-focused approach.
• Availability to work in the London office at least 4 days per week.

• Experience running a viral TikTok account.
• Experience using technology for video and image generation.
