Execution & Enablement Specialist

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational relationships with card processors, acquirers, alternative payment method providers, and issuers.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, contract changes, operational migrations, go-live readiness, and payment-flow enablement.
• Lead root-cause investigations and remediation of business and technical blockers with partners and internal teams.
• Provide merchant-facing enablement and hypercare during integrations and go-lives, including escalation support during critical incidents.
• Analyze rejection reasons, routing, partner performance, costs, approval rates, and reliability to drive optimization initiatives.
• Roll out new payment technologies across Argentina and Bolivia, maintain the Partners Health Matrix, and report KPIs, risks, and action plans.

Requirements

• Experience managing operational relationships with payment processors, acquirers, APM providers, or issuers.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional investigations and resolve business and technical blockers.
• Experience supporting merchant integrations, go-lives, and critical operational escalations.
• Ability to analyze payment performance, rejection reasons, routing, costs, approval rates, and reliability.
• Experience with partner health reviews, KPI ownership, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
